Participation in a stay implies the acceptance of our Terms and Conditions listed below.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation

Your registration will become effective upon receipt of your payment (bank transfer).

Installments

  • 30% on reservation
  • The balance 2 months before boarding
Any delay in payment at the scheduled deadlines will be considered as a cancellation on your part and no refund will be given. However a postponement of your trip will be proposed.

Cancellation

  • More than 2 months before departure: reimbursement of the deposit
  • Less than 2 months: deposit non refundable
At any time, a postponement of the stay may be envisaged. We advise you to purchase cancellation insurance.

Rate

The indicated price includes: the navigation port/port in full board, the drinks (water, coffee, tea, and wine at the dinner), the supervision by a bilingual team on all the route, the visits of the sites and parks indicated in the program. The indicated price does not include: air travel, any hotel nights before or after the cruise, the transfer to the airport/sailboat, possible entrances to the museums or paying showers on land, nor alcohol other than a glass of wine at dinners, nor restaurants or bars ashore. Only beer is sold on board. 5% discount for the complete of the sailboat for 6 persons.

Insurance

We have third party and marine insurance, however each individual remains responsible for the purchase of individual insurance for medical assistance, repatriation, accident, as well as cancellation insurance.

Responsibility

Everyone must meet the conditions of access for the countries visited. You are aware that Amarok trips will expose you to the risks inherent in sailing cruises and the areas visited, which can sometimes be remote from medical emergency services, you are informed of these risks and accept them and you commit not to defer liability onto Pole Air Expeditions or any other person. You declare that your health is compatible with the program chosen, without the need for particular medical follow-up during your stay. The skipper is the only judge of the route to take. It may need to be modified according to weather conditions or for technical reasons. Neither he nor Pole Air Expeditions can be held responsible in case of alteration of the trip, the place of arrival or delay. Pole Air Expeditions shall not be held liable or assume the consequences of a delay or cancellation of the participant due to the air links booked by the client, nor the fluctuating  European, Canadian or American health restrictions that each participant must keep informed of.
